Is kinesiology for you? or your child?

As we look around us and cannot find a structure that is not crumbling. We need to find centering in ourselves to be there for our children.

Learning to love unconditionally is at the heart of the changes we are learning to make.

Living simply getting our own needs met so we don’t burn out is vital. If we want to be there for our children.

Kinesiology is a form of therapy that uses muscle monitoring to locate what is truly stressing us and address imbalances that are causing disease in the body.

We look at human beings holistically. Body, Mind, Spirit, Emotions and Energetically.

As the client you are the expert on you and we use feedback from your own body to understand where the mind is having an impact on the body and the body is having an impact on the mind.

Kinesiologists do not diagnose disorders, but detect and correct these imbalances. Using techniques such as

  • acupressure

  • lymphatic massage

  • hypertonic muscle release

  • attention to reflex, trigger and body points

  • remedies, such as flower essences and crystals

  • nutritional advice.

Some chronic and re-occuring issues we face, such as pain, headaches, depression, difficulties sleeping and extreme reactions to situations can continue us into a spiral of illness. Wellness is found when we take responsibility for our own healing
